我在nonprofit中学工作，已拿h1工作了两年半，现在想换雇主，我怎么才能知道自己现在的h1是nonprofit还是profit？多谢了!
-Your current h1 is cap subjected because your employer does not belong to the following cap "exempt" categories:

Institutions of higher learning, affiliated research organizations, nonprofit research organizations and governmental research organizations

Please note that the word " Research organization"
