回复：H1B情况有些复杂,请教大家

我从去年九月开始在公立学校用OPT工作,学校答应帮我办今年的H1B,前几天学校通知我说，Funding被Cut，非常大可能六月底要把我lay off掉，但还没最后决定（有个Funding还在pending，但希望不大)，学校还是很好，说知道我的情况，不想让我错过申请工作签证，只要让他们不违法，他们愿意帮助我这次4月1号申请，但也让我可以先找起来其他的工作机会

学校一直 问我申请批准了后，什么时候他们可以terminate，然后不影响我以后继续使用这个名额呢？
-The H1 your school will sponsored is not cap subjected and that means your school can apply for it any time for you and you can work with H1 once the h1 is approved (not need to wait until Oct. 1). Your school can terminate this H1 any time when they do not hire you. Also, most important, this H1 (non-cap) is uselesss to you if you find a job in an industrial company which sponsors the Cap-subjected H1 (normally apply for it on April 1 and effective on Oct. 1). You still need to get an H1 quote to work for the industrial company or profit employer. So, you had better find a job as soon as possible in an industrial company or profit emplyer if you want to get an H1 quote which can be applied on this April. If you will find a job in non-profit employer (e.g. university, etc.), you can apply for the non-cap H1 anytime.

如果宣称是我自己在八月辞职，可以吗？，这个问题要请教大家，H1B十月才生效，如果之前取消，我以后哪天找到工作再申请，还能宣称有过这段H1B的经历吗，或者说还能继续用这次批准的名额吗？

第二个问题，如果我现在找到工作，但是目前学校的H1B还未生效（10/1）前或者还在pending中，但我可以让新找的单位多申请一个H1B呢，还是应该办transfer之类的，具体是如何操作呢？
