我下一步该怎么做呢？

我现在还可以用I7979上的三年的I94,但当我马上出境回来用新的i94时就只能是到签证上的那个时间了6/15/10，

此时是否意味着我的H1B身份就过期了呢或者说我在美国境内此时开始就是非法居留了因为I-94那时就过期了啊，就必须再开始申请新的H1B延期呢？。。。
