1）我现在是要做H1B的transfer是要在4月1号后提交，10月1号才开始生效吗？

2）我transfer的H1B有效期能到什么时候？

是从10月1号到12月14号吗？

还是有三年的有效期从今年10月1号到2013的9月30号？
-Yes, but your employer needs to indicate this duration (有效期 从今年10月1号到2013的9月30号) in the Form I-129.

3）如果是从10月1号到12月14号；我还得接着做H1B的extension，我什么时侯能file我的H1B的extension呢？是等transfer的H1B被approved了；还是要等10月1号以后？ 有没有可能H1B的transfer和extension合起来一起file, 或一个I-129呢?
