H1B是公司给做的，可是现在的公司不给出钱，不知道可以自己做吗？

比如I-129里，Person who prepare the form, 就留成空白吗？
-Correct. You can not fill any information to show that you prepare the document in the application.

是不是先网上交LCA，被批准后，拿到LCA Case number才能申请h1b extention?
-Follow the same procedure as that your first H1 application and provide the same documents as the first H1 application either. Ask your employer to get the H1 prevail wage determination via the new prevailing wage determination center at the DOL; or it could be done instantly by using one of the OES data sources.

To avoid the uncertainly of the ETA 9141 prevailing wage determination timeline, you can consult one of the wage source databases (OES, for example).

After geting the prevail wage, your employer should file LCA application (enclosethe current prevail wage determination). After the LCA approval, file teh H1 petition.
