485pending, 现在面临六年后的H1b延期，公司律师说不延期也可以，只延期EAD卡，我的问题是，如果不延期，
-You had better extend your H1 because this is the last chance for you to keep your H1 status though you can use EAD to work.

1）申请父母来探亲要出示有效身份，这样怎么证明有效身份
-I-485 receipt and copy of EAD.
2）如果去另外一个国家旅游，比如日本，申请日本签证，如何证明美国的有效身份
-Not need to provide your美国的有效身份 for 申请日本签证, but your Chinese passport. You need to use AP for the international travel (come back to U.S.).

3）转换新雇主的时候，H1b不是也转么，到时候原有的H1b已经过期了，怎么办？
-Show your EAD to the new employer if you do not have H1 status.
