请问Part-time H1B 可以申请绿卡吗？
-Fine for NIW/EB1A I-140. But you need full-time job or job offer (now or in the future) for the I-485 and for both PERM/EB1B I-140 and I-485.

还想问一下从part-time H1B 转成 full time 容易不容易。
