正在给家人准备材料,申办的H1B是Part-time的职位,在非营利单位工作,我想知道是,如果将来有机会她转成Full-time,是不是还需要重新递交一遍材料,从Part-time转成Full-time?
-Her employer just needs to file an H1 amendment if changing the job from part-time to full time for the same employer.
