B1转的H1B，配偶是绿卡已经替我申请I130，有一子在美国出生现在国内，想回国把孩子接回来，不知这种转过的H1B再签回来是否有麻烦。先谢谢了。
-Technically, it is fine. But based on many people's experience, you may have trouble to get the H1 visa in China because you entered US with B2 and changed it to H1 and the US Visa Oficer in China does not like the people to do that. So, you may go to Mexico/Canada to get the H1 visa instead of getting it in China.
