如果六年H1B 到期，无任何 PERM, I-140, I-485 actions 1) 据说离开美国后，等两年后， 可以再有六年H1B 机会，TRUE OR FALSE?
-True. If you stay outside U.S. for at least one year, you can be qualified for application for another 6 year term of h1 status.

2) 这个两年出境必须在中国吗?
-No really. One year is enough.

如果我在加拿大等两年，算吗? (假设我有加拿大
绿卡)。
-Yes. Only need one year.

在加拿大呆两年后能还有另外六年H1B 吗?
-Yes.
