在Industry工作三年, I-485 递交365天后转 到non-profit organization工作, non-profit organization为我申请了三 年的H1-B, 将于是2011年到期.

如果我工作的non-profit organization sponsor我按照I-485pending 无名额可用而申请H1-B满6年后的三年延期, 我的H1-B 性质是profit 还是 non-profit?
-You can work either for a profit employer or non-profit employer with h1 no matter whether it is within or the 6 year limit.

如果我得到三年延期, 在其期间我可以transfer 到profit 工作吗(我不确定老板是否会一直让我干下去)?

如果可以, 我的H1-B 还 subject to quota limit 吗?
-No more.
