H1B transfer 是收到RECEIPT NO.后可以开始工作，还是要等到收到APPOVAL NOTICE才能开始工作？
-As long as USCIS receive your H1 transfer petition (evidence: check is cashed, or get the receipt), you can work for the new employer immediately.
