紧急问高手,H1B换公司,受益人同律师之间必须签G28吗?

今天收到律师的G28要我签名as an applicant, 我必须签该表吗?

还收到I-129草稿,要我交3 PAYCHECK STUBS,我一开始就告她我没有,该咋答复?

SPONSOR我的H1B 8年的现老板只付现钱,公司快不行了.
