我去年10月1号从F1转到h1b的身份。 一直在这家公司工作。上个月找到一份新的工作，新雇主在2月20日左右帮我申请了h1b transfer. 新工作开始的时间是四月底。 今天，现任雇主老板找我谈了一次话，
有意要把我辞退。请问这种情况我身份会不会有out of status的可能性啊？ 请大家给一点建议啊， 谢谢了！（另外， 我没有用过opt,我还能不能用opt来救急呢？）
