各位大狭:有关H1B,LCA-I129 date

律师说LCA should be filled 183 days prior to star-Oct 1. So LCA should be filled on April 1. Also form I129 can not be filled untill LCA is approved. Is that mean the LCA will be automaticly approved? Otherwise how could they happen on the same day-April 1.
Second question:If file the LCA more than 183 days prior to October 1, 2010. There is a "cost" though: I will lose time at the end of the H-1B visa. For example, if we were to file the LCA on 3/1/2010, we could ask for employment dates on the LCA from September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2013, but I still would not get H-1B status before October 1, 2010, so I would lose a month of H-1B visa time, i.e. So should my lawyer fill LCA early than April 1, or just fill LCA and I-129 on the same day April 1?
