求高人帮忙解答。

原在A公司H1B工作很郁闷，所以偷偷找了新的工作，现B公司已签合同，正在办H1B transfer。B公司计划在transfer出来后（离现在越1-1个半月）让我开始工作。

请问我什么时候可以跟A公司辞职呢？我实在很想现在就辞职，利用这一个月休息一下。但是会不会造成没有身份，甚至影响B公司的H1B Transfer？
-Your new employer need to file the h1 trransfer before you resign. You may provide the resignation letter in advance two weeks before the date you plan to leave (indicate what date you will leave in the letter) based on normal procedure.

这两个工作头尾必须接上吗？
-Yes. You may take a leave (pay or non-pay) from the old employer and then, go to work for the new employer so that you have some time to prepare for your new job.

如果可以提前辞职的话，是否必须期间呆在美国境内？
-Not need.
出国玩会有问题吗？
-No problem but you need to get an H1 visa to come back (you may wait for the h1 transfer approval and use it to apply for the H1 visa).
