我现在正在准备H1B的延期，公司HR给的job deion

要求的是Master or Bachelor degree.

理由是这是3年前招聘我时的职位要求，延期H1B时职位要求也应该和以前的一致。请问，H1B 延期的job deion 是否可以变更？

如果要求改为现在要求是Master degree, H1B 延期会有被据的风险吗？如果不改，

下一步办EB2时，是不是可能会因为H1B 时的学位要求是Bachelor 而导致不能走EB2？
- Since PERM and H-1b are separate from each other, normally it is ok unless some an IO really looks into them.
