回复：问个H1B的问题

我现在是NO-CAP的H1B, 到5月份止.I-94到8月份.

如果我找到需要CAP的H1B工作, 是不是非得等到10月1号啊? 还是有其他办法或者规定?
-Tecnically, you can file H1 transfer and then, work for the new employer (cap limit H1 sponsor) after USCIS receive your tansfer petition. But if you do not get the H1 quote and thus, your H1 transfer is not approved, you have to stop working for the new employer.

如果我六月或者7月拿到Offer,呆在美国请emloyer申请H1-B, 可以吗?
-Fine if your current h1 I-94 still valid until the new H1 effective.
