SR.ACCOUNTANT,只能是EB3. 申请后, 什么时候才可以LP能拿到工卡, 家里有房要供,小孩要养,LP 不能不工作.请教大家了.
-EB3 may have to wait for 8 to 10 years for the priority date to be current to file I-485 and apply for the EAD (工卡). So, you may talk to your employer whether tehy can issue the PERM advertisement to meet the EB2 so that you can use EB2 category for your GC application.
