H1B approval forwarded to Beijing Consulate or not?

本人H4, 正在办理H1B in the US. I plan to go back to Beijing in April. In
my case, should I ask my attorney to inform the USCIS on the form I-129
to forward H1 approval to Beijing Consulate, if H1B approved? Or other options? Any risks?
