紧急求助：用H1B可以PART TIME吗？详情见内。

I am doing postdoc, on H1B, NIW and 485 pending. Have EAD card, but have not used it yet.

Now need to change to part time, 20 hours/week.

My university said that even on part time, my H1B is till valid.

But I think part time job will make H1B invalid, and I will have to use EAD.

You know lots of time, staffs at university are not familiar with visa issue, even they are called immigration specialist. Pjiang, 863211, other friends, could you tell me who is right?
