回新加坡签到F-1了 - 再问H1-B Transfer

I was on H1-B1 (like TN) when I was laid off in Jul, and my H1-B petition (starting Oct 1, 2009) was approved without I-94 (to be activated through H1-B visa application at home country which is Singapore).

如果现在有公司给ｏｆｆｅｒ，可以申请Ｈ１－Ｂｔｒａｎｓｆｅｒ吗？可以的话怎么办？请指点。多谢！
