我的I-94还有一年到期，可是h1b于三月一日终止。如果我现在递交SUMMER I 入学（五月份开学）的h1b转f1申请，可是我out of status的时间到开学时间（三月一日到五月中旬）超过了上面提到的30天，这是不是意味着我的身份转换申请会被拒绝？有朋友说现在递交春季入学的申请，可是INS审批需要两到三个月，是不是已经太晚了？是不是我现在已经没有机会转成f1了？
-I do no think this will be a problem. You have to file the F1 application before your H1 expires, anyway. If your f1 application is denied, just go outside US to get an F1 visa to come back.
