H1B extension 急问:

My H1B is going to expire this year (6 years), and we have a pending green card application under my spouse (I-485 pending for over 2 years but not current yet).

In this situation, can I get H1B extension (1 year or 3 years) because of my spouse's application status, or I have to start my own green card process to extend my H1B? Thanks very much for help!
