现在想让老板帮下忙，申请两个月的Leaving of Absence (LOA),这样好有更多一点的时间找工作（我现在的工作三月一号到期），有人知道是否LOA适用于H1b visa holders吗？我在一所大学做postdoc.万分感谢！
_Technically, No. But if your employer does not report to USCIS to cancel your H1, you should be OK. The problem is that when you do H1 transfer, you need to provide the lastest 3 month paycheck stubs. If you have large gap (e.g. >3 months) in the paycheck, your H1 transfer may be affected.
