H1B concurrent 129 填写

皮匠，各位大侠，

我现在有个full time h1B, I want to file a concurrent part time H1 application.

There are two questions,
1. Does that mean I will have two I94 after the concurrent I129 got approved? That is wield.

2. In the I-129 form,

a。 Part2, basis for classification: I should select d.new concurrent
employment, not a. new employment. Right?

b. Part 2, 4, Prior petition, what should I fill?

c. Part 2, 5, which should I select?

extend my current status or amend?

d. Part 4, 8, should I fill this since this is not a new employment.
