I recheck it. In I-94, the CBP stamped till the 06/2008 , which is related to my previous H1b expiration date- stamped on the visa my passport.
-That is the kind of mistake the CBP officer usually makes. So, just go to the CBP office again and expalin the situation/mistake to them (you may ask the lawyer to go with you if possible, up to you anyway). Then, ask the CBP officer to change your I-94 duration from 06/2008 to 02/16/2010.
