My current I-797 from current employer is expired on 02/12/10.
-When you got this new H1 approval notice by doing H1 transfer, you should have got a new I-94 with this H1 approval, right? If so, nothing worry and just provide this I-94 copy for the H1 extension. The I-94 you got at the port of entry for your latest entry was replaced by the new H1 I-94 which was with your h1 transfer approval notice.

I went to local CBP office. The CBP officer did not want to change the my error stamp on my I-94 (last entry to the States). Is it risky for me to apply for H1b extension?
