老婆已启动工卡EAD和AP，现本人需renew H1， 请问 LP 需 renew H4吗？她现在是否已不是H4 了，是485的 Pending 状态吗？多谢！
-Iy she has used EAD to work, her status is AOS, not h4. She does not need to renew/get back to H4 if she want ot continue to work.
