I am on H-1B with PERM application in process. My family members are on H4. We all hold Canadian Passport. I plan to go back to China this summer form 4-5 months. Is that a problem we stay out of the US for that long? Thanks.
-No problem from immigration point of view. As long as your company is OK, you are OK.
