回复：H4转H1B 问题请教

最近收到一个offer，律师在给转身分从h4转为h1b，可是他没有经验，有以下两问题急
需请教：
1、本人的filing district是vermont service center,用premium processing,是否应
该用H1B Master Cap Cases address 还是 All Other I-129 Cases address。
-Choose the "Master Cap cases address".

2、I-129，P1， Part 2，Question 2：Basis for Classification,应该是 a.New
Employment(including new employer filing for H1B extension) 还是 e.Change of
Employer.
-Choose "a. New Employment". But you need to indicate that your was previously offered H1 status within the past 7 years on Part 4, Question 8 a. (choose "yes" to 8a, Part 4, and tehn, write down the h1 approval date and the receipt# there).
