Will using AP then using H1B affect AOS or not?

I filed for adjustment of status (AOS). I received an employment authorization document (EAD) and Advanced Parole (AP). I used the AP to travel. The next time I entered on H1B status because I did not have a valid AP. I was working for the same employer during the whole AOS/H-1B period. I did not use the EAD to work for other employers. By entering on H1B without having a valid AP will INS consider my AOS abandoned and will they somehow let me know that?
