可以带在美国麻，如果一直排期不到，能拿着已经批准的140一直呆在美国麻，谢谢
-You need to ask your employer to file an H1 extension petition for you for another 3 years beyond the 6 year H1 limit. Because your I-140 was approved and PD is not current, you are qualified to extend your h1 for another 3 years interval beyond 6 year H1 limit until your PD becomes current (or getting GC).
