我第一任老板肯定不会把我的离去报告给移民局的，这种情况下只要移民官不去IRS查是不是就查不出来啊。
左右都不是，真不知如何是好。现在经济这么差，哪这么容易找到第三份工作啊。
老师我该怎么办啊，愁死了
-Sooner or later USCIS will find it out. When they process your I-485, they will check your tax record from IRS. You need to do the h1 transfer and then, go to China to get an H1 visa to come back to clear your illegal work record so that it will not affect your future green card application.
