You can renew your TN for another three years first, then you can apply for green card. you may change TN to H1 during your green card application pending (who knows what will happend after three years?). If you can use EB1 category, you can file I-485 and use EAD to work after your I-140 is approved (after I-140 approval, it is safe to use EAD).
