H1b has gap after using AP, whast is my status then?

一月份我的H1 已经6年到期， 用了LD 的EAD继续工作， 直到我的140 也APPROVED，
H1B 6 年以后的延期(三年)批准， 但是从9月才开始。我的问题是我现在是AOS 还
是H1B? 新的H1 EXTENSION 有I-94 ATTACHED。
