pjinag,help,please! EB3 485 pending. Just got new degree and new job position.

Old job-biology.
New job-business.

If I use my EAD to cover the status now, should I apply new H-1B to be elligible to apply green card via EB1 or 2?

IF yes, may I get approved by the new one,since I already take old H-1B for 7 years?
