现在以OPT任教,但想现在就办H1B以免

夜长梦多. 办完了心理也踏实. OPT要到明年8月到期. Intended period of employement 应该写什么日期才好? 如果file I-129 more than 4 months before the intended date (e.g. 8/1/05), H1B申请是否回被拒? 我现在在一学校任教职. 多谢再指教!
