急：I-539 H1-B 转F-1 被拒 - 1/20/10 前必须离境 请指点

我7月20号被雷，30号递I-539，10月23号RFE，30号递补充材料，12月2号Denial Notice, 15天内收到。可以appeal吗？胜算如何？还是就走人？
