由于公司给的工资低，申请LCA时用的是Technician。这么低的职位会对申请绿卡有影响吗？
-If you use PERM for the green card, you can only apply for EB3 at this time based on such a low position even if you have Ph.D degree.
本人是PhD。如果以后promotion，需要重新申请LCA或H1b吗？
