I797 will not expire due to passport change (I don't see any passport number on it either). if you use Canadian passport, no need to apply visa. use the I797 and I-94 (and some employer supporting doc, just in case)to enter. the officer may give your a new I-94 to reflect citizenship change or if I-94 expired. or may just let you go if I-94 not expired.
