首先谢谢两位的回复！
我询问过律师，他们的回复是如果我的sponsor向USCIS输入我的工作中止的信息的话，就意味着我的H1B Visa失效了。而此时如果没有找到下一家做transfer的话，就会有身份illegal的问题。
-It is not true. Even if the employer report to USCIS to terminate your H1 status, you are still lawful present until your I-94 expires though you are out of status when you lost your job.
所以想问大家的就是如何才能尽量使自己在找到下一家工作前保持身份的问题。国内我可以去做访问，如果万不得以的话。只是不知道将来能否容易过来的问题。我从2001年出来后还没有回过国，所以比较担心。谢谢！
-As long as you find a new job, you can do h1 transfer. You may need to get an H1 visa to activate your H1 if your H1 transfer approval has no I-94.
