多谢 俩位。 还有一个问题。因为今年我有用AP 回国，所以H１B 不能 transfer。

现在有单位愿意接收我，他们要重新为我申请H１可以吗？
-You still can do H1 transfer or file a new H1.
还是我必须得用EAD 工作？
-If your H1 transfer or new h1 is approved, you do not need to use EAD to work.
