H１B 第三年，被Layoff。 １４０ 批了， ４８５pending ，我可以在美国 legally呆多久？
-As long as your I-485 is pending, you are lawfully present.
该如何做才能保持身份?
-Your status is AOS until your I-485 is approved/denied.
现在申请EAD 来的急吗？
-You can apply for EAD to work if you find a job later.
