Urgent!!!can I go back to china with I-131 during my H1B renewal

Anybody can help me? I planned to go back to China within a few days with travel document I-131, but my H1B renew (extension) application is pending in USCIS now, my I-94 has expired on 10/30/2009? Can I go back with this I-131 or not? Thanks a lot!! Any input will be appreciated!!! Sorry I can't type Chinese with this computer.
