H1B 2009年5月满6年 因为I-140批准 所以 延长到2012年 年底 将回国反签H1B 请问
除了要带I-797原件外 是否要带 I-140 的approval notice 的原件 问律师要过 但他们不给 说是公司的 不能给
-Not need the I-140 approval notice.
另外是否要 Perm 的材料 是否一定要原件
-Not need PERM 的材料 either.

This H1 visa application is the same as the regular h1 visa application. So, all the requirements for the h1 visa does not change.
