可是律师为什么说只能延一年?
-This lawyer may not know this very well. if your I-140 is approved and PD is not current, you can extend your H1 for another 3-year period beyond the 6 year h1 limmit.
还有如果延了之后去企业,是否还得重新申请企业H1B; 企业H1B能换公司吗?
-You can do H1 transfer, but you need to get an h1 quote if you work for an industrial company.
