My h1b is only valid to August next year since I could only extend for a year because when I extended h1b, my I-140 haven't been approved. What if I transfer to another site for the same company, can I extend my h1b next year? When I transfer I have to have a valid h1b, is that mean I cannot have gap in h1b during transfer?
