lay off and lost H1-B (**emergency**)

I was just laid off.

Right now, my hu*****and is H1-B. How do I transfer to his H4?

Unfortunately, my son is my H4 and also need to be transferred to my hu*****and's H4.

As far as I know, the USCIS need 2 or 3 months to deal with H4 application. How to keep the legal status before getting H4?

Need advice immediately and waitting online...
