两个H1b 绿卡问题请教大家，多谢多谢：

1、如果我在i-140批准之后（485提交之前）换工作，在新的公司重新开始申请i-140，那么我在什么条件下可以用第一次的优先排期（priority date）递交485？

2、如果我在140批准之后（485提交之前）丢了工作，老公开始新的I-140申请，也就是老公变成了主申请，我是副申请，那么我们的485可不可以用我最初的优先排期（priority date）？
